I love how on all of the reviews, the response is, this isnt the typical experience of a rep, yes it is, you just wont admit it, why not start doing exit interviews with people, instead of hire and train another one, people are rep#14535 to them. You can make 12k to 2k in back to back months Its all luck of the draw.. someone comes in to pay their bill they expect you to sell them a phone every month bc thats your swing Next person gets 4 new line port in and unshares their partner so essentially can make $500 and you make nothing Leadership taking shifts when they make 100k+ in a year and essentially taking money from reps No PTO No advancement Leadership picks favorites Theres only a handful of people in the entire company who do things 100% the right way, like less than 5 out of 400+ people Youre told to sell older phones Youre told to only sell one kind of insurance when there is many diff options We have black or clear cases for every phone, rarely any colors and then they tell us those are our top sellers, well yes they would be we have nothing else
