Phones stolen out of safes, favoritism towards highly unqualified leaders, fraud in stranger’s accounts. These actions should be punished and yet are ignored if numbers are high. How is that okay? Oh, the level of turnover was incredible. Fired employee after another, people quitting endlessly, yet no exit interview or any form of chance to explain themselves or get feedback. It’s just a quick, “You’re out sorry”. Change would be too much for these individuals. Even worse when the regional manager is just scared of the state leaders and fire an employee because they don’t want to defend their own local employees. It’s all quite a pathetic thing. Raleigh staff members, there are so many positions out there right now with credible, legitimate career based jobs. Cellular Sales is a thing of the past.
