*FULLY COMMISSIONED. Will not hesitate to let you go if you’re not producing more than your hourly wage. (Only $15 per hour)
*Retail Hours. You have little absolutely no control over your schedule. Would often schedule me completely outside my store set and I would need to travel to very inconvenient locations.
* The scheduling manager would OFTEN change my shifts without me having any input or knowing.
* Boring job. They hire WAY TOO MANY people. You often only get one to two customers per day and half the time they’re just coming in to pay their bill.
* Company advertises 56k-124k as average compensation but it is FAR below 50k per year.
* HIGH TURNOVER
* Regressive/incomplete/inadequate training
* MANDATORY TRAININGS, CONSTANTLY. These trainings are always beyond scheduled work hours.
* No room for growth. Plenty of programs are in place promising leadership opportunities but the company isn’t growing, therefore, there are no positions to move up into. Lateral movements would be the most likely “promotion” but even those are far and few between.
