Money, Pick your own schedule but that’s also expected to come on days off

Cons

-Training is horrid especially if you have 0 previous experience in the industry -Management does not care about you, they will replace you in a heart beat if you don’t hit numbers, aka 0 job security ^Management doesn’t help you train to fix any issues you may have, they just punish you -Reps lie to customers about promotions, manipulating promos to reps benefit to make more money, considered a good business practice by the Coastal Texas market -So many more to list
