They would tell us we need to sell more, but that we can't put any pressure on people to buy things. -Ever since the interview process, they claim the company is all about ethical sales, and it is for many who work there, unless you're making over a certain amount of money for them, then they don't seem to care so much. -Those few things in which they use punishment clash with the rest of their system and that breeds resentment among employees. -If you did not eat, sleep and breathe Cellular Sales it seemed that career advancement was nearly out of the question. Anyone who had any additional responsibilities beyond a standard sales rep had a really high workload and compensation that did not seem to make up for it. They expected that people would do it out of dedication and love for the company.
