Pros

- 100% commission - Verizon pipelined foot traffic - Can strategically get what you put into it - Can drop shifts (if covered) resulting in working less if desired - great entry level development of sales skillset (depending on market) - Great jobs for single people willing to hustle (great for flexible family/relationships) - Can make $40-120k/year depending on market, sales skills, effort, hours worked, etc...

Cons

- No PTO (Vacation? Probably not easily. Death in family? Hopefully your team can help you get it covered. ) Your shifts are your responsibility. Period. -Will have days where you work for free due to lack of traffic/volume and or lack closing ability - 100% commission sales job that involves a lot of customer service that you can either turn into sales or not get paid for (= working for and not selling) - often unethical coworkers or tiers of management - retail hours (9AM-9PM) - prime earning potential is on weekends, meaning you'll work weekends (when people shop retail)
