Horrible company - Sales Cellular Sales Employee Review

Too many too list. 100% commission job with a draw system that forces you to pay the company back. Soooooo many chargebacks that are completely out of your control. Imagine finding out every month before your commission check comes out that you have another $500 worth of chargebacks being taken away with no real explanation? Someone steals a phone in store? Chargeback. Customer stole accessories or coworkers forgot to ring it out? Chargeback. Customer cancels insurance on their phone? Chargeback. It never stops. Stay far away, management doesn’t care they will weed you out and find someone to replace you if you speak up about the fraud this company is involved in. Trust me there is far better opportunities out there.
