I get to pick my schedule and have the flexibility to work the stores and shifts I need to be able to spend quality time with my family. Great pay based on your willingness to put in the work to achieve more.

Cons

This can be a very fast paced environment. If you can't handle changes and aren't able to adjust to said changes quickly; this may not be the position for you.
