Pros
If you are a high integrity, high work ethic, high energy, first person in, last person out, addicted to the entrepreneurial grind kind of sales PROFESSIONAL who takes pride in a constant improvement growth mindset style of personal development because you hate to lose or hate to be anywhere near the bottom half of the sales leaderboard, then this is the only place you want to be if you're interested in a wireless industry sales career. It is commission only; if you see that as a con instead of a pro, then you've either never been a top performing rep in this kind of environment or you, deep down, know you lack the necessary skills to survive it (intelligence, confidence, competence, public speaking, presentation, communication, cooperation, integrity, and everything else every top performing PRO needs). This company is LOADED with people who fit the above description and will welcome you with open arms like you're family from day one. No sales experience? Bring a great attitude every day, bring 100% effort every day, be on time, be an adult, be professional, and every colleague you work with here will go above and beyond to help you learn the other skills you need to become the sales PROFESSIONAL described above. Cons
None from my perspective, but I already had a ton of sales experience hitting the top of the leaderboard in a multitude of industries before this role and I've obsessively studied my craft off the clock for over two decades. I know the reason my former colleagues could never match my performance was because they put less effort in, didn't strive for constant improvement, and were content doing the bare minimum to barely survive. I'm the kind of sales PRO I'm talking about in the "Pros" section above, meaning I'm the only rep on the floor who's sitting at home spending three months writing and rewriting THE FIRST SENTENCE of my introduction until it's perfect; 99% of you aren't that PRO, which is why you're always beneath me on the leaderboard. Cons? I'll rephrase it: if you're a professional, there's no cons here; the real con in other reviews is the fact those individuals are conning their self and you into believing that they have a chance at succeeding anywhere. I'll make six figures here, odds are you won't, but that's your fault, not the company's.
