Pros

Pay can be decent if you get the right shift

Cons

Culture is unethical and fake polite. Others will sell ideas to you the same way they sell to customers. Chargebacks for customers make you're commission a lot less. Scheduling is a pain and if you fall one month you are in the hole for the rest of your time there. Longest working employee was 2 years.
