Bad management depending on what area you’re in… some managers are young and untrained in management and it shows through the cluster. Slow months are hard to make base 2500 The job and industry isn’t consistent anymore Management sucks and acts as a hierarchy No hourly so no financial security in that sense Work life balance sucks, you WILL handle a lot of things that mentally drains you and you will have to stay working on some things for hours and days at a time… I’ve had to stay past my shift time many times and it was 12-14 hour days sometimes depending on the issue that arises.
