Pros

You learn how to treat it like your own business. Other than that, nothing. It is not a good job at all. But it certainly appears to be at first.

Cons

They tell you, you're going to make a certain amount based on the leaderboard. But if a client's account Deacts in the first 6 months, which is common. You get charged the full price of the phone which is usually 4-6 times more than you made. Then you owe the company money. They also hold your last check from you for 8 months! I still haven't received my check 6 months later and 2/3 of it were taken in one account that deacted. Worst company, shouldn't be legal.
