Pros

They put a lot of time resources in training you, even when onboarding. They have quarterly meetings that celebrate your sales. The reward and have bonuses and gamify the system to make it engaging.

Cons

You need to be self-motivated and actually sell. If you do not learn the skill of sales and just go with what the customer wants, this is not the job for you.
