Pros

-Paid what you're worth -Flexible Schedule -Company Culture (if you can appreciate fraternity feeling) -Product offerings are easy to sell -Not micromanaged -Top performers rewarded frequently -Top end leadership genuinely cares about and engages with those at the representative level

Cons

- Difficult to move up, many leaders are rewarded based on tenure over ability - Resistant to change/adapting to logical operational evolution/"That's how we've always done it" mentality -When change IS made, it seems to be on a whim, with minimal to no communication. -PTO is non-existent. Example: from hire date, takes roughly 9 months to "earn" 3 PTO days.
