- An absolutely absurd amount of meetings. Many of them 3 hours from where I live.
- PTO is the worst of any company I have ever seen. 2 days of PTO for the entire year.
- Forced to scan every single product in the entire store before the store opens (including at the end of your shift AGAIN if your team has a bad history of not completing the scans), if you don't you will be locked out from selling until it's completed.
- The sales system is atrocious. There is 3-5 different sites/programs you have to go through to cash out a customer for a phone.
- They will hold you liable for any and all mistakes you make for your interaction. Quote a customer for a promotion that ended yesterday? The dollar value of that promotion gets deducted on your record in points. And sometimes it's incentivized to pay for issues out of your own pocket to save you from much further consequences down the road.
I have worked in many retail locations. Cellular Sales is by far the worst.
