      They put a lot into their hiring process to only select worthwhile candidates. 4 weeks with pay and a bonus after completion. They make you feel valued.

      Honestly none and I've had multiple other sales jobs.

      Pros

      Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

      Cons

      Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
