Pros
Some of the people there were great to work with.
Cons
Management that thoroughly doesn't understand software and are unwilling to learn. You are asked to do your development on 2015 macbooks, because management views new machines as an unnecessary expense. Recently they locked all but one bathroom to be shared between 10 male employees because the owner didn't want to smell people using the one near his office. There is no training at all in the organization. You just get thrown in and asked to do things well above your job description. There is no seniority in the company at all, most people do not make it more than a year causing huge turbulence due to not having a standardized way of training the constant flow of new employees. There is no room for growth or career advancement. Overall one of the least organized and poorly ran organizations I ever had the misfortune of working for.
