Has great leaders with innovative ideas for growth. Focus on constant improvement, steady growth, and development of staff. Consistently reinvesting in the business. Family-oriented culture and very committed to their employees. Provides good benefits, performance bonuses, 401k match, and spends money to foster positive culture, work-life balance, and team building (company parties each year are a blast). Has a great core team of professionals performing work to make projects and service a success. Lots of people who have been here for over a decade, 15 years, and a few from the start (25 years ago). Even more that have been here 5+ years which is a testament to the company culture, success, and to its leaders.

Finding good people is always hard to backfill employees who've been promoted and/or other attrition. Common problem in industry and in general.
