If you're an hourly employee plan on working every single day of the year. Do not have a wife or kids because they will mistake you for an intruder if you ever come home, they will not recognize you. Do not expect Lima management to care about how many days in a row you work. 20 plus 12 hour days in a row is completely normal and acceptable. Your might get 2 days off in a row before starting another 20+ day run again. It's makes it a dangerous place to work, lots of people just going through the motions to try make it to the next day. During a turnaround, they're forced to give you a day off once every 2 weeks, much to their disgust. If you are salary, then 3 day weekends are the priority.
