location is great, easy to get to and great vibe

Cons

The middle management on the Lexology PRO side is not very helpful to say the least. Micromange you every single day on activity, all middle management does is forecast, adding no value to anything. But they get to reap the rewards of your hard work and make more commission than you. They bought Clari, which is not great to say the least.

Everyone here is incredibly friendly and willing to help one another. Great place to build relationships and have not experienced a better work/life balance at any previous employer. They encourage and support constant personal and professional growth.

Cons

Some of the support team and finance functions are based in the U.K. so the time difference can be frustrating at times.
