Pros

Mostly great people, a lot of societies in the company for any taste, great Christmas parties, occasional recognition of work with some prizes for it, wide experience if you want to get exposure.

Cons

Extremely hard to move up, it’s more likely the company will bring someone from outside. But all depends on a manager of course. Bonus system is underdeveloped, and mainly for sales people.

Everyone here is incredibly friendly and willing to help one another. Great place to build relationships and have not experienced a better work/life balance at any previous employer. They encourage and support constant personal and professional growth.

Cons

Some of the support team and finance functions are based in the U.K. so the time difference can be frustrating at times.
