      Pros

      Fantastic culture- lots of benefits afforded when targets are met. Great opportunities to develop skills, travel with work and engage face to face with clients. Great opportunities to develop an understanding of the legal business community. Opportunities to have training in order to develop sales techniques and key account management.

      Cons

      Offices could do with updating in places, e.g more 'breakout spaces' for staff.

      LBR does a good job of creating a fun culture and offers opportunities to grow for those who seek them.

      Pros

      Everyone here is incredibly friendly and willing to help one another. Great place to build relationships and have not experienced a better work/life balance at any previous employer. They encourage and support constant personal and professional growth.

      Cons

      Some of the support team and finance functions are based in the U.K. so the time difference can be frustrating at times.
