- office is in a great location - some really nice, friendly colleagues

Cons

- unsupportive, artificial HR with 0 transparency - no real scope for career progression - very little formal training - disorganized - dated office - total boys club - female members of staff are given different standards to meet for promotion/progression, and frequently outperform male counterparts but generally receive less recognition for it - very high employee turnover which is indicative of a larger problem

Everyone here is incredibly friendly and willing to help one another. Great place to build relationships and have not experienced a better work/life balance at any previous employer. They encourage and support constant personal and professional growth.

Cons

Some of the support team and finance functions are based in the U.K. so the time difference can be frustrating at times.
