      Pros

      Didn't want to leave! The people I worked with are absolutely amazing. Friendly and casual work environment. No dress codes and flexible working hours. I felt supported and professionally challenged.

      Cons

      The office is definitely small for the amount of people working there altough the location couldn´t be better.

      Pros

      Everyone here is incredibly friendly and willing to help one another. Great place to build relationships and have not experienced a better work/life balance at any previous employer. They encourage and support constant personal and professional growth.

      Cons

      Some of the support team and finance functions are based in the U.K. so the time difference can be frustrating at times.
