      Nice culture, people are social and if you're lucky, good and relaxed team

      Cons

      Private Equity owned and has changed the culture considerably, actively have to defend people despite really impressive growth since Covid. Poor handling of furlough and redundancies.

      Pros

      Everyone here is incredibly friendly and willing to help one another. Great place to build relationships and have not experienced a better work/life balance at any previous employer. They encourage and support constant personal and professional growth.

      Cons

      Some of the support team and finance functions are based in the U.K. so the time difference can be frustrating at times.
