      Pros

      Not only do we have a great team, and a boss who I feel genuinely cares about us as people. But since working for LBR I have grown as an individual and developed new skills. We have benefits such as gym subsidy and I feel valued for what I do at my work.

      Cons

      I do wish everyone was a little more sociable! Staff lunches, dinner, events etc would be much welcomed. Covid is a thing of course, so we have to keep that in mind!

      LBR does a good job of creating a fun culture and offers opportunities to grow for those who seek them.

      Pros

      Everyone here is incredibly friendly and willing to help one another. Great place to build relationships and have not experienced a better work/life balance at any previous employer. They encourage and support constant personal and professional growth.

      Cons

      Some of the support team and finance functions are based in the U.K. so the time difference can be frustrating at times.
