Nice people when topic is about outside of work.

Cons

Unrealistic targets, too aggressive targets that you are forced to over-work yourself, talks about growth but only to make you feel like you have a chance of becoming a manager. But everything is decided by UK. Unrealistic KPI activities, i mean who talks about how much calls you make per day or how many opportunities per day?? So much micro management

Everyone here is incredibly friendly and willing to help one another. Great place to build relationships and have not experienced a better work/life balance at any previous employer. They encourage and support constant personal and professional growth.

Cons

Some of the support team and finance functions are based in the U.K. so the time difference can be frustrating at times.
