Good work-life balance. Nice office and good location. HR department are great!

Cons

Senior management don’t care about their employees. I was frequently told that everybody is replaceable, and they will force you out the door if you speak up or have alternative views. Depending on what department you’re in, it can be very toxic.

Everyone here is incredibly friendly and willing to help one another. Great place to build relationships and have not experienced a better work/life balance at any previous employer. They encourage and support constant personal and professional growth.

Cons

Some of the support team and finance functions are based in the U.K. so the time difference can be frustrating at times.
