      Pros

      The company I worked at for 15 years was acquired by LBR last year, and so far I've met 40-50 new colleagues in various divisions across LBR. All of whom have been incredibly welcoming and helpful.

      Cons

      For those based outside of London, it's not always possible to attend the LBR socials.

      Pros

      Everyone here is incredibly friendly and willing to help one another. Great place to build relationships and have not experienced a better work/life balance at any previous employer. They encourage and support constant personal and professional growth.

      Cons

      Some of the support team and finance functions are based in the U.K. so the time difference can be frustrating at times.
