      Amazing product lines Friendly, Collaborative & Supportive Peers which includes management Good career opportunities if you look for them and work towards it Diverse workforce & Company culture In-office socials Work Life Balance

      Cons

      Tech stack is a bit outdated but they are working rapidly to change that. Product teams are working in their own silos which is not ideal Compensation can be a bit better in respect to market standards

      Pros

      Everyone here is incredibly friendly and willing to help one another. Great place to build relationships and have not experienced a better work/life balance at any previous employer. They encourage and support constant personal and professional growth.

      Cons

      Some of the support team and finance functions are based in the U.K. so the time difference can be frustrating at times.
