Straight-forward, skill-based interview process. Took 2-3 weeks from first contact to receive a competitive offer. Fantastic culture - strong focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. You can actually log off at 5pm or so and don't need to think about work 24/7.

Everyone here is incredibly friendly and willing to help one another. Great place to build relationships and have not experienced a better work/life balance at any previous employer. They encourage and support constant personal and professional growth.

Cons

Some of the support team and finance functions are based in the U.K. so the time difference can be frustrating at times.
