Pros

There are some great people working there and it is easy to make friends if you are a social person.

Cons

- Near impossible to squeeze a promotion or pay rise. - Management are just awful. - If your team has done well, but another team is behind, they will force all teams to go to the office at least 4 days a week until improvements are seen. - Lack of trust, sick leave is very frowned upon and you will be asked for proof of appointments etc. Someone's relative passed away and I heard her manager say she was 'making excuses' to be off. So many more cons, just don't bother applying.

Everyone here is incredibly friendly and willing to help one another. Great place to build relationships and have not experienced a better work/life balance at any previous employer. They encourage and support constant personal and professional growth.

Cons

Some of the support team and finance functions are based in the U.K. so the time difference can be frustrating at times.
