Pros

If you want to get started in the ABA field and also work consistent Monday through Friday hours then this is a good job for you.

Cons

The salary is low and you have to work multiple jobs to live decently. Most of my old coworkers had to work more than one job.

Pros

Amazing support - both the classroom teacher & BCBA are NOT included in ration - so no matter what we're never down staff! Tuition reimbursement and growth opportunities!

Cons

It's a year round school (summer as well with two weeks off) but still have all the typical school year vacations off.

Toxic work environment. Administration bullies. Clinical is a joke. Inappropriate behaviors from male leaders. Drama, drama, drama.
