Pros

No pros, in my opinion.

Cons

Dishonest leadership, working conditions not safe as far as Covid-19 protection for nurses, no training, leadership indifferent to concerns of nurses, pay is very low from what I have been paid in the past. Did not feel valued at all as a professional, experienced nurse. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want a professional environment and want to be treated with respect and honesty.

We are very sorry to hear about your negative experience working at CEI and that you felt unsafe working at CEI during this pandemic. We are also concerned to hear that you felt your opinions fell on deaf ears and that you didn’t feel valued. I can assure you that we take workplace safety very seriously. We make every effort to ensure the on-going safety and well-being of our employees and our elderly participants. I can also assure you that we have nothing but great respect and appreciation for our fabulous staff, and the excellent care they deliver to our participants. If you are willing to reach out to me and provide me with more information about your experience so that we can make needed changes, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you, Jean Evans Director, HR Business Partner
