Pros
We love out participants. They are vey dear to us. Many people who work here at CEI are in health care because they love helping people, and some of them go way above and beyond to accommodate our elders.
Cons
Medical record system is slow, cumbersome and not user friendly. It slows the work down and upper mgmt. wonders why we cant keep up with all of the assessments. It's literally getting in the way of excellent patient care.
