Pros

CEI has always been very mission driven. The people who work here really care about making the lives of elders in the East Bay better with uber coordinated healthcare and social services. We had a new CEO come on in 2021 and she is very familiar with PACE and is bringing so many good changes to the organization. We are strong and growing.

Cons

We are in the midst of normal growing pains as things become more standardized and systems are updated. Change is not easy for everyone, but I really believe these improvements will make it even better to work here.
