Pros
I absolutely love my job, my coworkers and my supervisor. This is a wonderful place to work. Everyone is kind and genuinely wants you to succeed as part of the team. There are many opportunities throughout the year to offer feedback as an employee. I feel that we have great benefits as well. I plan to stay here for the remainder of my career if all stays the same. I feel like I'm treated very well as an employee and our mission resonates with me. I make a difference everyday.
Cons
We could get paid more, but a lot of that is dependent upon how much the state reimburses for our services. Sometimes I wish I was asked more directly for feedback on specific changes that affect my job. Providers and parents can also be unkind at times and we often just have to take it.
