Pros

You get a choice of regional global or social skills based BCBA. Company events do occur where they host for fun things bonding/things to do. I loved CSD in my first 4 years of employment since I learned how to be a great clinician it helped me get my supervision hours and I learned how to do all I needed to be a BCBA. I stayed for the people who taught me everything and the clients.

Cons

Billable expectations over quality of care is prioritized. Not always hears when needing help addressing clinical issues or when others are not doing their job so it can feel no one is held accountable.
