Management is horrible. Upper management hires their friends who are incompetent and should never hold a senior management title. They also hire nonprofessionals that use vulgar language and who like to embarrass staff in front of everyone. These actions have resorted in the resignation of many good workers and have made it very difficult for the remaining staff to do their jobs effectively. You will never be appreciated no matter how good you are at your job. They will pile excessive work on you and ridicule you for every little thing. Their goals and timelines are unrealistic. This toxic environment will consume your whole life and you began to feel ill about your decision to work there. The novelty will wear off after about 3 weeks and you will need to look for another job immediately so don't waste your time and efforts.
