Pros
They offer good compensation and plenty of vacation time -- 4 weeks of paid vacation and additional sick days. But here's a catch, which is that you can't take time off during the *6 month* probation period.
Cons
Poor communication, almost no concern for training or professional development, constant fighting between the VPs, people who want to accuse each other when something goes wrong rather than focusing on fixing the problem. I saw a lot of people who could be doing much better work if they had better support from their coworkers.
