New management who only care about their title. No ethics, the elderly members are looked at as numbers, the management forces employees to work in an unethical manner. Who ever speaks up gets walked out as a crimimnal by security guard in front of other employees. Factory like environment. The case load is enourmous, the elderly members do not get the right care because management is using new hires to correct the problems which existed there for years before.
