* Quick selection process, one round interviews, once interested in you will get call right away
Cons
* Coaching of employees was non-existent, in early formation stages, personal development plan a new thing, didn't seem to be a corporate practice and not rolled out well. Typically personal development plans are top down, where senior management has a clear direction and vision, and lower ranked employees are to tailor their development to fulfilling that vision. At my time there, personal development plans were bottom up. Interesting, confusing and ineffective.
