Pros
- jobs can be done remotely - overtime pay
Cons
- Poor structure of the company. - Workflow is always changing. - Incompetent managers, which were promoted by favoritism. - No teamwork - No proper training for new hired employees or when new tasks/duties are given to existing employees. - Extremely high turnover rates. Majority of veterans have left due to extremely difficult work environment and NO proper compensation/recognition is given—since the department barely has any employees who have been working here for a long time, inexperienced new employees who worked there for only few months, are training new hires. Hence, majority of the employees ended up quitting in such short time with this repeat cycle. Managers do not provide any assistance because they also didn’t get proper training either. - Extremely busy with high call volume of calls, projects, training new workers, language assistance, and you are expected to be working over time. - No managers are available when you need an assistance.
