poor upper management. making changes without planning ahead. most of the changes are chaotic, causing interruption of the daily operations. feed into gossips and get ride of management staff basing on "someone says". replacing experienced staff with less quality of staff. this company is out of compliance. the consequence is poor healthcare delivery to members.
