Has very good medical benefits and that's pretty much it.
Cons
-Very poor management that do not know what is going on and will constantly beat around the bush and never give you a clear answer. Expect most answers to be "We'll touch bases later." -Constantly changing policies that sometimes doesn't even make any sense i.e. "prioritize scheduling transportation in alphabetical order rather than by day scheduled" and "time offs must be scheduled a month in advance and only 2 people can be off on one day max." -Massive layoffs with bs reasons such as "team restructuring and budget constraints." 1199 provides job offers for Centerlight but will low ball you in comparison to your previous title and will threaten your unemployment benefits i.e. was laid off due to "team restructuring and budget constraints" and was offered the same job 2 months later at a lower rate and as temp status with no chance of full time. Actively makes it known that the company "doesn't need you as much as you need them." and is very unprofessional. Does absolutely no screening on whether you are qualified for a specific job offer and blames you when they find out you are not qualified despite them offering you the job.
