      I work for company more than one year. They have Union 1199 for RN, vacation, sick days, tuition assistance , good work schedule

      Cons

      Probation is 6 months . They ask you to stay for extra shift too often . Never can stop thinking about your day after your shift is over. Pressure and pressure and pressure.
