Great coworkers but poor leadership and high turnover - System controller CenterPoint Energy Employee Review

Leadership needs work. They don't take into account things that would improve their workers lives. They like to point fingers instead of taking accountability. Turnover is high with new classes having to come in every year due to people looking for better opportunities. Very little movement to other departments. Bonus structure is among the lowest in the industry.
