Poor communication; lack of cohesiveness among various groups; most employees have been with the company upwards of 20 years so they lack flexibility and do not embrace change. They are used to receiving information only from the top down so communication from a co-worker is not received well which causes a rift on simple matters-Poor company culture at times.
