Cons
Slow to refill positions, many feel stretched too thin; upper management rotates too much/quickly; too much culture change/lack of communication & transparency as more MN entities report thru southern headquarters; while work/life balance is great for many, others in middle management constantly work in stress mode and are pulled too many directions
