-Good ole' boy system. Many people have worked there for years and years and when it comes to promotions it seems its a lot of politics -Very little pay raises -Male dominated -Very little flexibility for working parents -Way too much pressure to give to organizations especially United Way. And if you didn't give to United Way they would figure out who you were.
